Lavary.eu provides an online catalog of premium groceries and products sourced from the EU. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if necessary.
All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR). Upon submitting your order, you agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout. For wholesale/B2B clients, invoices must be paid within the agreed terms before dispatch.
Due to the nature of food and grocery products, returns are absolutely NOT ACCEPTED under any circumstances once you have received and accepted the package.
The only exception for a return and refund is if the product delivered does not match the photos or description shown on our website.
You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt at the delivery point. If there is a mismatch, you must refuse the package and initiate the return immediately with the courier or post office. We cannot and will not accept returns once the package has been taken home.
We are not liable for any delays caused by courier services or customs processing. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods purchased.
